ABOUT OUR CLIENT

Our client has been thriving for over 25 years in Alberta and they just keep growing. They are known for their Insurance Brokers who are always willing to provide their clients with specialized and personal assistance, placing the needs of their clients above all.

ABOUT THE POSITION

• Work closely with the sales team and provide support on renewals, new business, proposals, issuing, binders, and contracts
• Preparing submissions; presenting insurance quotes, renewals
• Issuing invoices, endorsements, contracts
• Inputting information and updating client and claims details
• Cross-sell or up-sell other products and services the brokerage offers to new and existing clients
• Build marketing relationships with designated underwriters, maintain a positive and proactive relationship with underwriting, always putting the client’s needs first

THE REQUIREMENTS

• Level 2, CIP or CAIB designation an asset
• 3-5 years experience within a commercial insurance business environment
• Familiar with using TAM, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong client-facing skills

COMPENSATION

• $60K + (depending on experience)
• Full benefits
