The Strategic Pricing Team is looking for a senior manager, who has a thorough understanding of Bell Business Markets services across all regions and segments, and will be driving our cloud pricing activities and strategies.

This individual will work closely with Bell Canada’s sales team across the country, and must possess the business acumen and leadership.Job Duties/ Accountabilities: Develop pricing strategies in order to win with maximized profitability and gain market share Work with cross-functional teams to understand customer Requests for Proposal (RFP), Requests for Quote (RFQ), and other pricing requests Gather market and competitive intelligence through different channels, and build database to support pricing decision.

Prepare strong and well-supported business case to executives for pricing review and approval Collaborate with sales and product to align pricing with account and product strategy for deals Establish relationships with cloud partners to understand the partner/channel eco-system, offerings, promotions and incentive programs to optimize and complete pricing activities Develop methodology to deal with customized requirement, such as non-standard clauses, and leverage legal/product to obtain back-to-back support from partners Work with procurement and product to continue to optimize partner agreement (e.g.

discounts, reciprocity etc.) Identify opportunities to keep on automating and improving the pricing process to drive efficiency and compliancy.

Build relationships with other stakeholders across the organization
– i.e.

product, finance, BI and delivery to understand all aspects of the deal to recommend the optimum pricing strategyCritical Qualifications/Competencies: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to synthesize large amounts of knowledge and data Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

Communicate effectively with confidence and assertiveness Not afraid to challenge the status quo or implement initiatives to drive positive changes Ability to manage internal and external escalations and provide feasible solutions Ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously, and deliver targeted outcome Demonstrated ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced working environment and meet tight deadlines Good understanding of financial modeling: cash flow, competitive analysis, sensitivity analysis Superb MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Knowledge of cloud partner incentive programs and Bell order operation is a plus.

Bilingualism (English and French) is considered an asset.Preferred Qualifications/Competencies.

4 years experience in a pricing role in telecommunication services, or 5 years in a similar role in other industries.
