As our Store Manager, you will be responsible for all areas of operation within your assigned store/stores.

You will be responsible with building and leading a high performing team who are dedicated to establishing and fostering exceptional client relationships while exceeding corporate objectives.

You will report directly to the District Manger and lead by example through upholding corporate standards, values, objectives and creating a transparent, team environment.

What you will be doing: You will train, supervise, and ensure Employees conduct business and perform job duties in a manner consistent with the requirements set forth in all Company policies, procedures, and other directives, and in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements You will create an environment of continuous learning by ensuring that employees complete certifications and trainings and provide ongoing development of required skills and knowledge Schedule Employees to meet customer service demands and oversee proper approval of time and attendance By managing and encouraging teamwork, you will ensure that Employees assist other team members with transactions to increase efficiency and the speedy delivery of product/services to Customers, and directly assisting with any situation that is escalated in your store Administer Employees offer referral cards and explain program to all Customers when appropriate Ensure all employees adhere to established loss prevention standards (i.e.

loan and check cashing decision criteria, cash management, password protection, drawer management, and dual authorization) You will determine, plan, and execute employee store incentives and contests What you will need: You have a minimum educational requirement of High School diploma, General Equivalency Diploma (GED), or equivalent experience You have 1 year of progressive management experience in a retail environment with customer service experience You enjoy building teams by recruiting, interviewing and selecting top talent Ability to implement strategies for maximizing sales and productivity in a complex fast-paced business Ability to use discretion in providing direction to others Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications to include Outlook Job Type: Full-time indeedcashmoney CURO Financial Technologies Corp Supports Equal Employment Opportunity.
